Its official

We are moving!

So long "starter house" we are on to bigger and better! Well, not quite yet. As of now we are moving in with my parents to until we find bigger and better! We decided a couple months ago to try and sell our house to see if we'd get any bites and lets just say the fish were biting! After 3 offers, we have sold our house! I am grateful for the learning experience that this has been. I learned that I never want to live in Westwood boundaries again! They are mean to us Toros! We have to be our before the 5th of April which means I have a lot of packing to do! We will move into Tyler's room for a little while (hopefully) while we search for our perfect house. I have a wish list and I don't plan of deviating from it at all. Were super excited and stressed to begin this whole process again. I know we will find something good... eventually!

Asher is six months old...

Yep, already HALF year!

I have no idea how I let time get away from me, but I wouldn't change it! He is so fun and smiley I just can't get enough of him!

6 month stats:
Height - 27 1/4 in. - 75%
Weight - 17 lbs 5 oz - 50%

This little boy brings so much joy into our lives. He is more and more like me every day. I swear if he was any more like me he would BE me! He is sitting up for a good amount of time before tipping over, starting to scoot around and rolling all over. I'm sure pretty soon he will be moving all over the house. He snorts when he laughs, scrunches his nose and furrows his eyebrows when he's excited, grabs his ears when he is scared, and makes mom and dad laugh all day! He is such a sweet baby!

Bring on the new year

As sad am I am to see 2011 go, I'm excited for new things to come. 2011 was good to me, up to this point it was the best year for me. The past two years have been big for me so I don't know what I am going to do this year to top it!

Perhaps the best part of the year was the birth of my sweet boy! He's 5 months as of tomorrow. It is so weird to say that my baby was born last year. Whaaat??

128 days

yep... thats how long I have had my boy in my life. The best yet hardest 128 days of my life. I wouldn't change a thing!

These days...

• Still loves his fingers more then anything!
• Rolls from back to tummy a lot, and tummy to back a little bit
• Loves his jumperoo and baby einstein
• Giggles at mom and dad
• HATES his carseat
• Likes to watch Toby and the dogs at Grandma's house
• Will look at your phone when you are on it... what have I started??
• Reaches out and touches our faces
• Grabs his toes
• Still loves bath time and laying on the changing table
• Loves looking at himself in the mirror
• He has 2 teeth, and 2 more coming in

What a blessing such a little boy can be. We are so grateful everyday and always talk about how crazy it is to love someone so much. I love this age! He is so fun to dress and always looks so handsome. His smile is contagious and I can't get enough of him!

Gettin Crafty

Thanks to Pinterest I have gotten a ton of fabulous ideas of projects I want to do around the house! I decided to to start with this cute little number! 

 I am so happy with how it turned out and I can't wait to start a new project!

15 weeks....

and already teething!!

I don't know why I'm even surprised by this see how I was born with 2 teeth... but I just keep thinking that maybe he won't get everything from me!!

I took Asher to a new pediatrician today and I absolutely love her. She was very personable and friendly. I have a feeling I'm going to be much happier with her as Asher's doctor.

And he weighed in at a whopping 14 lbs 7 oz! No one can ever say I don't feed my baby!!

So silly, I know, but you don't understand the thrill you get when you are standing at the check out watching the total drop significantly after you hand the nice cashier all of your coupons. I've only been doing it for a couple weeks and I have cut my grocery bill in half. Yes, I buy things that I wasn't buying as frequently before, but I'm also getting it free or very close to it. I suggest couponing to everyone! As a new mom, who is working 2 different jobs, I still have time to fit it in! I absolutely love it.
